Ok, GE thinks it has the latest version of BT fw. Replace the files into the RemoteSW folder. I don't have a zumo 660, but i think its fw and interface is close to a nuvi 765 which i do have. Go the the map page, press the speed field and then hold the speedometer for ~6 seconds to get into a hidden menu. Press 'Next' until you reach the 'Bluetooth Status' page. Press 'Clear' to delete all previously paired devices. If the field 'Update BT' is not greyed out you may be able to force a reload of the current BT fw.

Thanks Neil, I learned more in three days that I attend the forum rather than in three years that use the Zumo. I did as you said but the result is this, it seems to miss the address
This is the correct configuration of another zumo

No address is normal because BT is disable (not activated through menu item)!
The first, check for 006B055301.GCD and 006B103300.BIN in RemoteSW folder.
The second, press on battery charging indicator and hold. You must see new diagnostic page. List for Bluetooth Test Page and try to play...
Garmin, how much is 30 pieces of silver for Judas today? Were they worthy for crucifix of GPSPower?
In remoteSW folder are 006B048201.bin, 006B073300.GCD, 006B097000.GCD, 006B103300.bin
@Giomen
Loopback play in diagostics via battery symbol will only work if BT has been enabled in the settings, and it seems it cannot be activated in his zumo because he gets the error 'cannot initialize the bluetooth connection'. Do you know of a way to force a reflash of the bt fw other than via the speedo hidden menu?

May he flash this old firmware and see if it restores BT software?
Changes made from version 4.10 to 4.20:
◦Software update restores Bluetooth settings to default values. Bluetooth devices must be paired with the zumo again.
You have to navigate to get to the good.
Galaxy S5 Kitkat 4.4.2 / Nuvi1200->1250 / Nuvi3790T->34xx / Nuvi 2200 / Nuvi 66 / Oregon 600
And one more - check for these files in ExtData:
006-D1283-00.bin
006-D1283-01.bin
