You don't need a program to calculate it. Don't worry is nothing so hard. Almost every Hex editor have it.(hex workshop for example)
XOR is a math logical operation just like multiplying or dividing. XORed means that each byte of the file is...well..."xored" by a special value. The result is a crypt ed file. To decrypt it you just need to know the value for the xoring. Or figure it out if you are smart enough.
For 41 the value for xoring is known.
