Loly, I have only ever seen that here on GTM25 and the earlier 1A charger cables, never on 26, 35 or 36. Garmin stopped issuing the ones with screwed metal cap tips as OEM here in Oz back with the introduction of 1xxx of which only the very early ones had that type in the box. Since 2009 it has been GTM26, 26 or 36 and all those have a plastic tip.Originally Posted by lolypop000
