dasilvarsa, in Northern Europe countries there are not permanent speed limits on roads practically. At most all roads have seasonal limit, for winter and summer separately. This update is not have precise time reference and it depend of road administration when they decide that it is time to hide road sign under the
"jacket". On highway we have electronic light sign with speed limits what is changed in automatic mode depending on road conditions, for dry, wet and slippery roads or different visibility. But Garmin maps contains and displays only summer and standard road condition limits. Thereby the chance to see the truthful speed limit is 50/50 as say usually...
P.S. What would be happened if really follow Garmin
