I want to change the background, dashboard and 3D view. Does anybody have any dashboard for this model that I can install?

One other miror 'customising trick' that you can use is to change your Locale, but as you need to reset the unit always back up any data files first if you wish to keep them. The first pic is with the locale of 13xx set to AU (same theme as US), and in the 2nd it's set to EU:
