Hm, strange... That another map like a explained in OP is FACTORY UNLOCKED BY GARMIN, it means it came originally with bought Garmin 2545 from Garin shop!

It seems like lolly explained GarminUnlocker.exe has some problems and errors in header for unlocking maps in new AR 4.10, will try with some diff tools to unlock Garmin MapSource AR 4.10.
