You need to use CHN font? (Did you mean you can not use CHN font even you put CHN bin file within extdata folder?)
If yes, then give me a link for CHN .ttf file.( True type font file) And CHN .gtt file , I will try for you.
You can use CHN font/CHN menu/CHN map with CHN font on map. But you don't get CHN keyboard. Sorry for that.
