How?
- Went into simulstor mode
- Looked up the airport and did a "Set Loc"
- Then did a search for "Hertz" and it pops right up (a search/find looks from where you are located and in simulation mode you can set your location anywhere you like.

Perfect !

The key was to search for JFK International, not JFK Airport. Go figure.
And I found it as described.
