3760 map issue

I've a nüvi 3760 device with firmware 4.90 and loaded CNE 2013.10NT. When i want to browse map i saw this

[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

When i zoom in there is only terrain - routes are missing. Map is unlocked with Fast IMG Unlocker 2.1. Even i try to use locked version of map and create *.unl file, but issue still occurs.

Can anybody help me how to solve this problem?

Is it ok with a different map?

May also be worth doing a hard reset and clear NON VOL mem then try again.

This issue happen with any map i've tried to use - OFRM Bulgaria, CN North America, CN Middle East and etc.

Also i tried to clear user data with holding finger on lower right corner, but the problem still persist.
Searched google to find a way to hard reset device, but i found reset option only from menu. So i don't know how to hard reset this model. And how to clear NON VOL mem?

nuvi 37xx series hard reset:

1. Power off the unit (press/hold the power button for ~7 seconds)
2. Power on the unit
3. When the Garmin copyright screen is displayed, press & hold the bottom-right corner of the screen
4. Release the screen when "Do you really want to erase all user data?" appears
5. Touch "Yes"

Alternate method:
1. With the unit powered on at the map screen, press the bottom-right "Speed" field which will take you to the Trip Computer page
2. Press/hold the area just above the numerical speed on the round speedometer dial (where the compass heading is displayed when moving)
3. After pressing this spot for ~7 seconds, you will enter diagnostics mode
4. Select the first option displayed "Clear all user data", then follow the prompts

You may also want to reflash the firmware and then reset the unit again.

Tried to hard reset unit and reflash firmware with preboot mode - same problem

I think you have an hardware problem, contact Garmin support.
CNE cant be unlocked via .unl file , FID is greater than 2200-

After contacting Garmin Support problem is solved!
This is not a hardware issue. To read map correctly in .System folder of unit, if the is no basemap installed, you must copy gmapbmap.img UNLOCKED!
