SEEK HELP: JCV works not properly

My GPS receiver is nuvi 765 with Chinese system, and the map is City Navigator North America NT 2013.10, and JCV file is D3060060A.JCV.

The problem: when I set a demo route, in the right section of the JCV windows, I could see the JCV picture, but the picture didn't enlarge to full of the right section window. After 5 or 6 seconds, I could see the fullscreen JCV picture.

Did I install the JCV file properly? Sorry for my poor English. ^_^

Cause 765 China/Taiwan support 1/2 size JCV, USA/Europe support Full Size JCV
Flash your unit to USA/Europe then you have the full size JCV
Alternative: Try a portrait JCV which is available and try it with your device

Additional question: What's the file name of portrait JCV?

I've try D3060060A.JCV(LaneAssistFull) and D3191050A.JCV (LaneAssistPortraitFull), It seems the 2 files were not the best one.

So, I think may be the D3836010A.JCV (LaneAssistTemplatePortrait) is ok? Is there download link for D3836010A.JCV?

Try the bigger SplitScreen file (D3191050A.JCV) from Post #3 of [Only registered and activated users can see links. ].

Whether my 765 can flash the Firmware from China to Taiwan?

I did with RGN_Tool according to [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
Steps:
1. File->Open and select my China firmware GCD file
2. Click the Save button in the boot.bin section (the first on top) and save it to boot_cn.bin
3. File->Open and select the Taiwan firmware GCD file
4. Click the Load button in the boot.bin section (the first on top) and load boot_cn.bin (the one saved in previous step)
5. Notice the HWID and SW Version from this boot.bin and copy those numbers in the Overrides section. Enable the checkboxes and put the numbers from boot.bin.
6. File->Save to GUPDATE.GCD.
7. copy GUPDATE.GCD to GPS and reboot.

After above steps, the GPS did not update the firmware.

Did i do correctly?

In step 7, what the "reboot" means? Is opening the power?

Would you like to teach me do it?
