I have Junction View working on my Garmin with City Navigator 2013.1
However I also have streetmaps installed Sub-Saharan Africa Streetmaps 2012.1
When I combine the two JCV stops working. Is there any way to rectify this? Perhaps others have tried combo maps with a possible solution?
The thing is, City Navigator's JCV is great, but the map detail is poor. Streetmaps have much more detail and info on their maps...

Merged maps dont work properly in new firmwares.
Garmin released firmwares for old devices recently to accept more than one map too, so it's useless to merge them. Selecting at the same time 2 autorouting maps covering the same area gives a bad result in gps, coz maps overlap :dont do it.
You have to navigate to get to the good.

was worth a shot... hehehe I mean, 3D map from City Navigator works flawlessly with Streetmaps map... lol but no luck with JVC... Back to the drawing bord *BIG SMILE*
