Thread: Garmin 60csx G2 vision

Hi can some one tell me how to load the G2 vision onto the 60csx please. they say it can take it. but not sure any help please thanks

first of all you need actual firmware for your device (use garmin webupdater)
you must know, that gpsmap60/76 devices only can show the navigation chart of an G2Vision map
all other data will not be shown, that's why G2 charts are better for you - they are much smaller, because the haven't all the features, that you can't use
G2 or G2Vision chart are used like all other charts on your device: gmapsupp.img in Garmin folder on µSD card

Ohh ok where do i get the G2 charts for new zealand from? not the vision charts.

look at the [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] - there you will find G2 maps too

ok fixed the problem, was a stuffed img file so replaced it and got it to work, but have gone back to mapsource files as it shows up more detail than g2vision. thank you for your help
