I can't recommend this GPS, it should rugged and made for hard use.
Firts day on my KTM handlebar and it went broke. It was in it's own bracket and with vibration.
Battery connectors went broke in 60km ride on the road, don't even think about the enduro.
I'm vey disapointed of this model...

sorry to hear your 600 went bust so quick...
well... I'm using the Montana 600 on my KTM handlebar with the Garmin bracket and some rubber vibrating absorbent blocks mounted to it... working ok so far...
But.. yes.. the Montana is complaining that it can't find the right Garmin battery.. during the high frequencies vibration I guess... the battery is way to sloppy in it's compartment..

yep mine too, driving offroad with jeep and vibrating so hard that unit was shutting down many times... only way was to hold it in codriver hands.
