    Ok. But choosing United States as the Locale wouldn't present any problem at all if I use my device here in the Philippines right?

    Also, will downgrading to 3.60 and upgrading back to 4.0 solve the problem about the choosing Locale every time I turn off and turn back on the unit? Is this a common problem as well with the 3790T?

    As i remember, you will see that till you will have your first stable satellite signal!
