Totally Agree with Lolypop000.
I had the same issue b4.
Once I created a Garmin folder on SD card then JCV subfolder and kept the jcv there, it works like a sharm.
You can keep the maps.img in a map folder on SDcard NOT IN GARMIN folder on SD card.
