My Garmin Nuvi 1310T will not load the phone book from my Samsung C3300K . It does however load the call history but not always completely. When I connect them, both voice and data transfers are activated on the phone and the phone shows the bluetooth being connected to the GPS. My old Samsung which I use in Cyprus works works no problems with the phone-book loaded in seconds. Has anyone else had similar problems with this combination?

Thanks for the link. The Garmin site did not support my Nuvi 1310T nor my Samsung phone. I did e-mail Garmin about the problem but they haven't responded yet! I won't hold my breath!!! I have just e-mailed Samsung, so fingers crossed that they will reply. If there is a solution, I'll post it here.

I've had replies from both Garmin and Samsung on the above issue. Garmin asked me to download the latest software update for the unit and then perform a system reset. No joy!!! Samsung replied also but thought that Garmin Nuvi 1300T was a stereo unit!! Part of the reply is below. My wife and daughter have similar phones and they won't show the phone book on the Garmin either. My earlier Samsung SGH-E250 works perfectly with everything loading in a few seconds. The C3300K was also giving bother on my old TomTom. The phone book loaded but the phone would not connect every time through the GPS.

Regarding the problem you are having with your Bluetooth function, kindly note that the problem might be an
incompatibility between the two devices, you can confirm that by connecting the phone to a different Bluetooth device, if it
connects normally this means that the Bluetooth version on your stereo is incompatible with the one on your phone, some
features might be available while others might not. To resolve that kindly refer back to the retailer you got the stereo from
to check if they can upgrade the Bluetooth version to work along with the phone , however if you find that there is a
problem with the phone itself kindly contact you nearest authorized Samsung service centre to get the phone inspected
