Hi bearcat, the 265WT is very good model indeed. Therefore, It's more intended to be used at a car. The 295W is a portable model. It's much smaller and thinner. It also comes with Wi-fi capabilities and it has a 3.0 MP built-in camera with auto focus. I think this model is very handy to carry on when you are walking on tracks and on the field. It should also be very handy to carry on while you are walking on the street.
