If you are wanting to see the GPS position on a remote computer screen, like a tracking device, the answer is no. Although small GPS tracking devices are available.

Is that what you are trying to do? You would need a constant mobile internet connection and I would think a program like TeamViewer would require a relatively high bandwidth connection also.
