Interesting, maybe u can check ur hw id in the garmindevice.xml. Looks like following:
<PartNumber>006-B1324-00</PartNumber> (This is the HW-ID of the Thai 3770 as an example)
The bold part is the HW-ID, post this number please
Regardless of that, Reputation added
Edit: Compared with SG/MAL FW, binary same like FW 2.30 from Singapore 3790
