Your problem need pre-boot mode to flash rgn
-connect 37xx to computer
-at comp., drag cure rgn to updater.exe
-at 37xx., press yr finger above "G" of "GARMIN"
-you will see updater will detect your 37xx
-press ok at updater.exe
try it !!
yr 37xx will boot up if cure rgn works .
Delete .gcd in .system and flash back with yr original f/w.
If not works ., may be have to use other way to recover cuase of your missing firmware flashing.
