Seems like catymag took one of my posts and made a new thread of that one.
Problems are reported mainly in Sweden and Germany from what I know.

Problems with routing

Is there anyone who has had problems with route calculation with the new map 2011.30?
In my nuvi 550 I just get a message: "unable to calculate route" to certain addresses.
thought it was gps'n so I tried my old Nuvi 300 with the same problem: "Route calculation error"
I bend to the old 2011.20 instead how it works .?????
The address of the case are as thorns street, gustavsgatan.industrigatan in Örebro.
Please come with suggestions what it could be.
It may be added saying that the map is the lifetime update (none from pirate bay.)

Problems routing

I have been in contact with garmin and according to them, so be via webupdater fix the problem of routing, the update will come in v48, for information.

WebUpdater can't solve a map problem of this kind for routing problems in MapSource and Garmin GPS units. It must be a Map Updater release that they meant.


In cases like this Garmin only gives responses to people that's giving the error reports. No information at Garmin Web sites for this kind of embarrassing problems.
This scenario is the same as with City Navigator Europe NT 2010.30 and the releases of 2010.30b & 2010.30c due to road classification problems in Northern Italy.
