I didn't say anything about "Pedestrian" mode, just mentioned "enhanced pedestrian navigation" mode. It's the column "Enhanced Pedestrian Navigation" in the picture below that I was referring to. [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
The normal nüvi 775T is not listed as a EPN capable by Garmin. Maybe that can be changed by regional FW or modified/hacked FW.
Normal pedestrian mode is of course available in most Garmin PND & PNA devices. If used with cityXplorer then the plain pedestrian mode will give the same routing as normal City Navigator NT maps.
With its enhanced pedestrian navigation capabilities and dual-oriented screen, nüvi 3790T is the perfect travel companion for getting around town. Download optional cityXplorer™ content to help you navigate the big city. In addition to knowing where to walk, where to catch the bus, subway, tram or other transportation you’ll also have access to mass transit schedules and estimated travel time to your destination. cityXplorer maps are available for select cities throughout North America and Europe. And with prices as low as $9.99, you'll have money left over to spend in the big city.
