What you did change sw version to 250 before made a rgn.
It make a false data in inventory page. (To show sw version 2.50 US instead 2.20 Sg/Mal) but it no harm.

Sg/Mal firmware can now be modified using RGNTOOL (by TurboCCC) to allow loading it onto the US 3790I will say NUVI 3790 Sg/Mal is better than 3790 US&EU .
