I'm in Istanbul right now and can confirm that there is a traffic signal here, but the only info I get was "No traffic reported ahead".
This is funny because in Istanbul there is no traffic only between 0.00 and 4-5AM. All other parts of the day - there is a lot.
Who has been here can confirm about traffic.
Addition-today I drove a lot in European side and Asian side-still same message No traffic reported....
