If I try, as user erweb, to put the code with FID 1527 with the 4 digit generator, I get his same msg, to update Traffic FM DB. I have a Nuvi 1390 with SW ver 5.30, gpS 4.30, GTM 5.50. Any clue?
Actually, I wasn't even able to enter the TTN code for FID 28992 - got the same message about Traffic FM DB. I did manage to enter Navteq codes, but I don't think I got rid of ads.

Does anybody know how to translate to FID, PID, RgnID and VenID the following table for traffic providers in Mexico City? TTN for the first 3 frequencies and the rest do not advertise their name.
    My TMC table reports:
    Frequency, VC, CC, LTN, SID
    1015, 6, 1, 6, 6
    941, 6, 1, 6, 6
    1053, 6, 1, 6, 6

    953, 10, 15, 0,128
    993, 11, 15, 36, 11
    1065, 11, 15, 36, 11
    987. 3, 15, 0, 16

Try 28934,6,6,1 (for the first 3)
If it does not work, use 28934,6,6,0 to delete it.

Or 1542,6,6,1 (for the first 3)
If it does not work, use 1542,6,6,0 to delete it.

PS: These numbers were based on your FM TABLE. May not be because the CC of Mexico is 15 and your table shows 1 (first 3)

    GTM 20 expired fix:
I have garmin nuvi 785T ( 7x5 family ) with Old GTM 20 how showed my TTN expired after few minutes, I tried different code gen without success. the solution to keep it Lifetime subscription is to downgrade GTMXX firmware to 5.3 instead 5.5. that what I do to fix the problem of expired time.
    What you have to do:

1- download GTMXX firmware 5.3 from:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
unzip it you will find a file 006B048201.bin
2- Copy it and past it in GPS Remotesoftware folder( Erase the old one).
3- Slide this file on Webupdater to downgrade the GTMXX firmware ( dont worry if you see in info product GPS GTM 5.5 after downgrade)
4- Reboot your GPS with the GTM20 Cable connected to it.
5- generate with keygen 1.3 the subscription code lifetime ("You enter 4095" under custum mapset)
6- add the generated code in your GPS trafic menu: you will get lifetime subscription instead of expired
    7-reboot your GPS.
6- connect your GPS to the PC ( cable gtm20 connected to gps).
7- Run webupdater to upgrade GTMXX to 5.5
Have fun with lifetime TTN subscription on GTM20.
try it and tell me what happen with you.

    that what I did.

I tried both sets that acleite provided on 23-08-2011 02:13 AM and only the second set worked, the CC was transmitting as 1 and not 15. Now the TTN broadcasts have disappeared.
The unamed provider is still transmiting. Any suggestions for the last 4?

    Try 3851,36,36,1 (3851,36,36,0 to delete)
This uses the correct CC, which is 15 for Mexico (as i said before)
Working or not write here the result, okay?
    good luck

It seems I cant private message you, What versions of jetmouse do you need? Also, I am guessing the top set of generated numbers is for the date and the bottom set is for the subscription?
    thank you in advance

Hi, according to Bearcat at post #127, "I found out that for SG/MY traffic, you do not need the SG/MY firmware. You need the Singapore unit version of the trafficprovider.xml copied to the replace the version in the US units and you will receive the traffic signals."

Am using a US 1390T, does anyone has a file of trafficprovider.xml Singapore to help? Am going back to Sg after stay in Washington DC.

    Thanks

    William
