Tried several times with different files but when I start the device it does not recognize the maps on the card. Please, advise if there is a specific folder structure on the SD card or something ...
Thank a lot in advance for the support.

am not sure i understand--

your device will support an sdhc card up to 32 gb of which only 4gb is useful for maps ---since its garmin directory will support only map name gmapsupp.img

if it is an unlocked map just that file
if it is a locked map then that garmin direc tory needs a gmapsupp.img & gmapsupp.unl
====

a gps can display only one area at a time so when two maps try to display the same area the autoroute will sit on top and must be desilected if you want to see the one trying to display on the bottom.

t think your map on the internal memory of your gps is displaying and needs to be removed or deselected-
