help Failed to change day mode to night mode automatically

    Hi,

When change from day mode to night mode automatically, the change is made but a message appears on the "Loading" screen and the message does not disappear.

The only way to make it work is to close iGO and run it again.

The error occurs with any version of iGO Nextgen and with any skin.

The model is a 2din radio with Android 7.1 and all the permissions granted and it occurs both in the internal installation and in the SD.

    Any suggestion is welcome.

Hmmm, what is common is that both devices is that are HU.
It's the first time I've heard of something like this. I can only assume there is some conflict with the launcher. But wait, maybe someone else has experience with this.

Do you think it could be through the launcher?

I don't think that @pepelu and I have the same launcher.

And another thing, it only happens with iGO, it doesn't happen with TomTom or Sygic and it only happens in the integrated device (it doesn't happen in the phone).

As I said - I have never encountered such a problem so far, it never happened in phones.
The launcher probably isn't the same with both devices, maybe the chipset is/gps receiver..who knows.
Have you tried it with Primo?

If you turn off automatic theme change, and try it manual, what happens?

    Hi:
I confirm what Bruxco says. I have tried the same installation on two smartphones and I have no problem. Only in Dasaita Head Unit. I have tried different scheme sky in (UX), I have deleted SAVE and performed a clean installation, with negative results.
In manual mode it works perfectly as expected. In automatic mode, when the GPS time at night approaches, the screen changes and the message appears that the application stopped working and must be restarted. After all OK, no problem

    Thanks for the answers

In manual mode it works correctly.

At the moment I have added the day / night / automatic button to the cabin and I make the change manually but I would like it to be done automatically.

Tested with skin by arimi and skin by pongo.

Not tested without skin because many UX files would not work.

    GPS time is also correct.
