No need licenses.
When installing, app make sys.txt. If you are using your own sys and put it into root of folder, then application will no make sys.txt. < This is change compared to previous versions.
The application can be installed in the folder name iGO or iGO_Basar without changes data_folder_name="iGO_Basar" in sys.txt
Copy the iGO/iGO_Basar base folder to root of internal sdCard. On some devices (ONLY SOME OF THEM), applications can be installed and with root external sdCard.

For installation on MM put the base folder in the root of extSD......
In this case don't forget to add in your sys...... in the "llinked_root_list" path...... your extSD

For installation on KK or LP install the apk first... restart your device and put the base folder in the path:
extSD Android/data/com.basarsoft.igonextgen.javaclient/files/........

This one has a new options and I really like it too, for the one who's like to use it on/with his Car Head Unit (7 or 10 inch) you can use it with this sys + pongo+data one:

Ps: you can use it on your Note4 "or any gsm phone / just need to change the screen size if you wish in data (project_config) zip" too.

hi,
for several days i am not able to run iGO_Navigation_9.18.27.705829_SD, i installed it, he tried to download i can see progress bar then i got message download finish when it run it take while to load loading then i can see igo loge then close , i tried to use different data file and universal cfg with no success . i have tried on my card screen android 4.4.4 and try it it on my mobile ( android 7.0 ) with no success. pls hep thank you

If you already have iGO World installed on your device (App Name iGO Navigation too), this version of Basar cannot be installed.

EDIT: That was my experience, on my device, Android 4.4.2, with paid iGO Navigation from GooglePlay and iGO Israel.

EDIT2: My mistake. App name was not problem, but signing of apk.
