No voice when radio is on

When I turn my ignition on, radio comes on automatically
And than I turn on GPS with İGO primo, I don't have voice,
navigation works OK but no voice.
Than I go back and turn the radio off, than turn on gps and IGO, I have voice.

7.0 inch in car after market cheenese,
1024 * 600 HD LCD touch screen display.
Android 5.1 operation system:
IGO 9
Maps: here 2017 Q2


So please I ask for help here.
İf I was smart enough, I would know how to fix it, but I am not that smart.
Any body can help me fix this proplem greatly would be appreciated.
Ps: I have searched and searched to fined a solution, untill my head started spinning than I gave up
