Please try to download the latest version of jnx2img package (link is in the first message of this thread).
Perhaps it will work better than 1.5 you have.
If it still doesn't work, I'd recommend you to download one of the latest nightly builds of SAS.Planet. It now has an export to IMG module.

After multiple tests, I slightly modified the batch_convert.cmd program so that it automatically generates new MapID.

YesAs far as I remember, the devices would only should the first map from a group of maps with the same MapID.
yes after the modification of the batchconvert.cmd program.Does your GPS device show all of such maps?
On the other hand, I join all .img cards into one .img card using GMapTool.
