Enhancements and fixes:
- Fix to problem with opening some older mpw files
- Fix to problem with loading maps to GPSMAP 276, 296, 376 or similar, with 512 mb card
- Option to skip creation of program group during installation (intended for use on Mac, under CrossOver).
