Thread: Garmin MapSource Product Creator v.7.21+v.7.22 + Patch

Hi!
I have a couple of problems with MPC.
1. Then I run MPC Viewer:
File-> Open MapSource Product
I get the message:
Access Denied. File: c:\projects\mpcviewer\win\WIN_RegKey.h, Line: 480
2. I built new map without NT. The map built Successfully , but the same error: Unknown error while building installer
I create installer with MapSetToolKit. Map works. How to fix the problem with internal MPC installer?

Most likely, because you installing the compiled mapset into the MapSourсe by means of MapSetToolKit ...

Try with PID = 1 and FID >= 500, but < 5000 !

No, I get error then I click on Open MapSource Product, not then I choose the file.

Apparently, you have the OS Win7_x64, then you would have to install the MPC in compatibility mode for WinXP !
Try to solve the problem through the "Troubleshooting Compatibility" or try running the MPC_Viewer on behalf of the Admin ...

These parameters (FID/PID) are located in the license file !
Try to use the license file by liosha with FID=1281/PID=1 (see the post [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] of this thread) ...
