It's one of the last steps just before activate.
Well I'm not sure my account is a Premium.
When I start the application the first time, I entried my email and password, that's it.
I got no choice.
I'm trying to install map again after a date remove.
Maybe I'm a singular user and not premium.
I saw no activation wway, just creating an Id account and log in.
