    010-D4842-00.db is Active routing.
This map have error in speed limit, they use mph instead of km/h.
On road that have 50km/h speed, this map show 80km/h ( 50mph is 80km/h ) so this map is only for pedestrian or for trash, becouse you can't use it correct becouse of wrong speed limit data, mph instead of km/h.

It is not map error I think. Probably it is conflict between FW and map. Map have ID which associated by FW as for mph zone.

Garmin obviously try to correct error and have released new version 4.00 of locale.xml with map ID for Croatia region:

But I am doubt what this will work without device FW update. But you can check it...

I have the old Locales.xml and I have no problems with the units of measure in Croatia particularly, but there are such problems, for example, in Slovenia.

It is not depended of country. It is coded in map and it is reason. I had this problem with map ID on Nuvi 205 many year ago. It was resolved by Garmin with new SW and locale.xml.
