The archive contains three folders - unpack.
Each is a description of what and how, and the correct skin.zip
Addition is a small tool to provide voice and visual conversion costs of travel - description file and the way to implement it is attached.

I came back in the morning of the tour 1500 km - Germany (coast) - Poland all the time nod Doupas 6.5 (default) using the attached sys.txt.
Not once skin is not suspended, and its readability is satisfactory - even in a large city like Berlin. ( )
Once again, big round of applause - you can confidently recommend to others

1. I'm looking for installation guide for this skin ... are ther any instruction how to use it?
2. Is this skin usable on 1920x1080 (Nexus 5)? I can't find anything about this resolution?
3. Where can I find what setting will be added to IGO after this skin installation?

Welcome Dunda,
Everything that concerns Skin and content folders you have in one post - simply download and unzip files!
To the folder igo / content / skin Doupas 24.zip file copying, or Doupas 24 silver.zip.
When you start entering a setting / screen and select the default zamniast-day - Doupas 6.5. Same for the default - night.
The skin supports HD so your resolution will also be good.

As for the rest of the questions - install it and check yourself what has changed - unfortunately I do not know what you installed.
