On attached picture, in red, please tell me what why those three blue bubbles are displayed instead of normal icon(bank in my case)?
If I select those bubbles and press "info" it shows me Western Union icon and a local bank icon.

Three balloons icon will appear, if one or more of these conditions:

1. Your POI file have a duplicated bank in the same position/point (with different bank names).
2. A mall of office building, could have more than one bank inside the building.
3. You put more than one POI files in POI folder, so the iGO will read all of these POI files.
