Use [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] to unlock gmap folders, only use an '.img unlocker' such as gimgunlock for already compiled images. Both BaseCamp and MapInstall should be patched.
Seeing you have the unlocked images working in the etrex, it might be easiest for you to just simply do this if at least one map image will fit on the internal memory: Get an SD card big enough to hold the other two maps images. Copy one as gmapsupp.img and the other as gmapsup1.img and place them in a Garmin folder on the SD and just use that in your nuvi 200. All series 2xx can use 2 maps named like that with recent firmware. Check that you are running version 5.10 fw on it, if it's V5.00 or earlier then upgrade it with WebUpdater or GarminExpress, or just get it here: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ].I thought it would be the same as for the nuvi200 but the internal memory of the nuivi200 is to small to paste the .img file thus I have to install the streetmap set through basecamp...but like said it does not show me the available mapsets to be installed . .....
If you want to keep trying with BaseCamp/MapInstall and you have MI patched as well, try adding a JM generated code for unlock regions in manage maps as Unit ID 1 for the troublesome maps and then try sending a short-cut map image which you may then have to unlock with [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]. I'm not at all convinced that your gmap folders are fully unlocked in this case. 'Unlocked' status in BC & MI means unlocked for use in the software only, 'Not Lockable' or 'Unauthenticated' means 'fully unlocked' or 'unlocked but still GMA protected' respectively.
