xxx.x1 releases are usually just bug-fix with the same map data in Garmin official CNNT releases, unless the map data itself is the source of the bug. But although MSM are free maps and independent of Garmin Corp itself, their maps are in Garmin's proprietary NT format. I'm unsure if that file naming convention applies for MSM. The Garmin SG site is still offering 2013.30 which is smaller by over 2 MB so it may be that there actually is different map data.

Also, you're confusing Malfreemaps with Malsingmaps which mfm broke away from i think.

For users who have purchased the Indonesian units named in P#1 the map can be downloaded directly without registering on the MSM site and the map will be unlocked for their unit by generating the unlock code on the dl site. The dl is not limited to ID users, anyone can still dl the locked image from the Garmin ID link, see the final line in P#1.
