Just download of existent posts the files you want! All versions shared until now is Dual version.

Copy it in your nuvi's \Garmin directory

To use the junction view files, drag the entire “JCV” folder into your “Garmin” folder.( x:\Garmin\JCV )
or in Garmin in a subfolder called JCV on the SD Card
or in System hidden directory in a JCV folder

Observation: you don't mention the device you want to update; suggested to add it in your signature to help us to help you! Please! Files as JCV should be launched in different versions and I suppose that you don't know the tip of choice sequential file names, some as add + 10 to the outdated version to obtain the file name of new version.

Excuse my ignorance, but I am a little confused.

I have started to download the unl.img file and the THGLB_JCV file, and notice that the latter is a larger file (~351MB rar) than the .img file (~281MB rar).

Am I correct in assuming that the JCV file includes the .img?

EDIT: To answer my own question.

Having now downloaded both files I can see the .img file is very compressed in rar (281MB becomes 593MB), whereas the JCV file is hardly compressed (351BM becomes 365MB). So, both files needed.

already predict in general rules to not quote entire posts. Count on your cooperation.

Extract part one with winrar, files are ok. Right clicking part one it unrars the whole img
