Your Map has MS Flag set to 1 (needs to be 0)
You need to use Gmaptool.exe to set MS Flag to 0 (Zero)
Make sure advanced options is set in Options tab
Open Map in gmaptool
In Write tab tick set version in header and type 0 in MS
Press write all
Recopy Map to device.
Now it's viewable in BaseCamp
