Installation
1. Install CoPilot Live Premium Europe 9.4.0.144
2. Start CoPilot Live Premium Europe 9.4.0.144 and create ID (existing) with a fake mail
3. load a small map and check if everything is OK
4. Close CoPilot Live Premium Europe_v9.4.0.144
5. Install CoPilot GPS 9.4.0.308 from Google play

6. Launch CoPilot GPS 9.4.0.308 and login with ID from CoPilot Live Premium Europe 9.4.0.144
7. the licenses are now imported (if it does not at first, then try to click again) and then load the required maps
8. Uninstall CoPilot Live Premium Europe 9.4.0.144 and delete the folder com.alk.copilot.eumarket.premiumeupan
