    If you mean unit ID is in Settings/About or look at Garmindevice.xml in your unit's files, or at your MyGarmin page if you registered it.
    If you mean the serial n :At the bottom of the unit, in a highlighted box (remove the mounting bracket to make it visible).

    Thanks for the reply. I want to update the firmware and saw a few different ones. Some included MTK I believe it was though I don't figure I need that one, just the nuvi2x5W_GCDFile__760.gcd if I remember correctly. Just want to be sure.
