Warning, truck navcore 9.700/9.701/9.702 appears to be faulty!

On many forums we are now starting to see reports (thanks Pesado & others) about errors with this navcore NOT routing according to your vehicle profile (under low bridges etc) which is very dangerous so either use it at your own risk or revert to the stable 8.398 truck navcore for now

We hope/assume that TT will eventually get their act together and fix this with the next release (whenever THAT is)

Is that true only for the SE and DSA versions or same for the original when patched?
As on the official TT forum I could not find complaints of that kind.

According to Pesado it's all versions incl original (which is what the others are built around)

Been using the patched original for a few weeks now with 905 map and all seems ok so far

Latest 9.701 has IDENTICAL problem but a temp work around on either of these versions is to select "bus" then input your truck dims

Weird that TT did fix some minor issues but not that.
You would expect them to at least read in their own support forum but it seems no official answers means noone there is reading the own forum

If there WERE any progress then we would post it here but "generally" 9.701 works pretty well for most.

It seems there are more routingproblems nowadays and imho it's getting worse.
It's my personal experience and read some reports on truckerforum.
For me Tomtom truck went useless and now i use a car map instead.
The main problem is non-existing restrictions for truck, some of them even on the highway.
Some users with the same NC (9701) and map (920.5273) don't experience the problems, others do.

Change the vehicletype to 'bus' doesn't solve or decrease the problem.
Mapupdate was not applied.

If somebody knows a solution please let me know.

Is it possible Tomtom has put a corrupt truckmap of navcore in the 'free' circuit?
