There is one other guy /hvdragon/, which also maintain BG speedcam and police "traps" database, and updates it each time he receive a new info.
It is much more frequently updated, which have its pros and cons.
It is up to you to decide which one to choose.

I have no any clue, why the link not opens at your computer.
I try the link with google and it opens to.
