Download this rar and unpack it direct on empty SD:

Add SD in your nuvi and turn it on ( when scan is over, nuvi will restart and turn on normaly)

Add SD in Pc and you will see in folder Garmin a lot of .bin files, add this bin in rar and upload it.

p.s.
Before you upload remove reg41 and 34.bin becouse in this is your personal data.
