Do you Have good satellite fix.
Perform hard reset and Leave outside for 20 minutes to get good fix.
Make sure you only have 1 map of your region installed on Nuvi.
Do you have Basemap installed? Gmapbmap.img

dasilvarsa hi, I'm glad you answered
I have excellent satellite reception, the top of the building, at least for 30 seconds.
I put only the base map Gmapbmap.img and tried to navigate around the block
but the result is the same, there is no route recalculation and no voice assistant. Maybe it needed some more files. please help
