    Garmin with big "G"
    Sd/Garmin/gmapsupp.img.
    Additionally you must change flag 1 to 0 in header , sorry I hadnt noticed it before.

    There is a Gmaptool version for mac or run it with Wine or Parallels or wait I upload it for you
