So sorry mate! I accidentally uploaded the large TTS file. The one that works in 4x/5x series is the smaller TTS file, this one: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]. Sangeeta is still chatting nicely to me (She's sweet, i love her accent, quite cultured 'British Raj' in my assessment). Absolutely no reason why the smaller one should not work in all xx series that i can see.

Is not detected even in the list of items. I also tried to rename English_Indian_Sangetta.vpm, but nothing to do. Sorry....

    Bye,bye

PS: I tried to install only the French and Indian sees only the French
Yeah, i was wrong to assume that because it worked in my 2455 that it would work in all 2/3xxx. It doesn't.

TTS *.vpm file name actually is of no consequence, but even if not compatible (as 265; 3790; 1xxx series) it would normally throw the 'Incompatible Audio Version' message but does still show in most of my Nuvis' voice language list as 'Indian English-Sangeeta' the same format as all TTS voices show. As in your 2595 with the large file, the small file doesn't appear at all in the 3790 voice list although the large files does, but it has the incompatible message. The large file works in my 2455 with fw v7.70, my 3490 and my 2460. Neither file works in my 3790 or 2350 or any of my 2x5 or 1xxx series. Beats me, maybe try the smaller file in your 2595 roger.

Anyone else, if you do try them please report if one or the other, or neither work in other units.

    No good news, unfortunately

The new small voice (ACT, I guess) and the new entry TTS2 (I think) are not seen in the list.
The strange thing is that there are still items in the nav .... as if imposed as a British system (Text,Kb), tells me that the item is not compatible .... but it makes me see how set.
In the list....also Italiano Silvia (TTS) is missing....but is OK if with Text,Kb Italian

    Tested in 2595 EU/US fw 7.70

    Bye,bye
