When extracted, the file MorganGV.zip yields not only the locked Morgan_Celebrity_Voices.vpm but also English_Stuart.vpm which appears to be unlocked. However it doesn't seem to work fully, e.g. when approaching a roundabout he says: 'At roundabout...' only. In the roundabout itself, he'll say 'Exit roundabout', but in either case does not give the exit number. He doesn't seem to give advance notice of upcoming right or left turns either, only says 'In 300 metres...'. Just before the turn itself, he will say 'Turn right' though. Not too concerned about it as it's a slightly annoying pommie accent, just wondering why it was included in the zip file and if anybody knows what's wrong with it. Seems it's the actual voice of Stuart J. Smith (AKA "Smudge) who does the voices for celebrityvoices.co.uk?:
The 'Morgan' celebrity voice on the other hand works fine. But I have to say that the impressionist has managed to capture all of the annoying aspects of Morgan Freeman's actual voice, and not too many of its redeeming features. But anyway, that's the real comedic purpose of 'cartooning' in both its visual and aural guises. I suspect the same bloke could do an Obama voice without too much effort. Oh, well ... y'get wot y'pay for...lol!
