I fancied a change of voice for our Garmin Nuvi.

I found a site selling Celebrity voices and after listening to the Morgan Freeman clip I purchased it.

I was sent an email to the download link and downloaded the rar.file.



When I unzipped it and copied into the voices folder on the satnav, it wouldn't work. So back to the site where I found hidden away were instructions as to how to download the file.



I needed the satnav connected to the PC and a free piece of Garmin software running then click the download link to have it installed, by the garmin software.

So with every thing in place back to the download. It wouldn't let me download it again. If the instructions had been on the front of the site I'd have followed them to start with but they are pretty much hidden away, until you search.



After emailing the site a couple of times I've had no response from them.



I do have a way of unlocking the file so it will work, if I can find out the FID number (Family) along with the Product ID number.



I don't suppose anyone here has downloaded the file and knows the numbers?



I'll try another email to the site that sold it but I won't be holding my breath at all.
