Is it for windows CE? What is the purpose of this two files (iGO.7z & data 4pda.zip) ? which folder it should go? Thanks

Yes, it's for Win CE. Download it, an open, then you'll see what are that files! one is .exe file, another one is for PDA devices with WM, if you have pna use igo.7z, pda - pdafix.zip.

This version is buggy reboots when using TMC and pressing on an incident, but thank you for the share
